Lights Out
Every tap flips a light and its four neighbors. Turn the whole board dark.
Each puzzle has a par: the number of taps it can be solved in. Harder levels use bigger boards.
How to play
- Tap a light to switch it and its four neighbors.
- Lit squares turn off, dark squares turn on.
- Turn every light off. Try to match the par number of taps.
A bit of history
Lights Out was released as a handheld electronic game in 1995. Every puzzle can be solved with simple math: pressing a square twice is the same as never pressing it.
