Penguin Tic-Tac-Toe
The classic game of tic-tac-toe, with penguins. Play against the penguin and keep the longest winning streak of the week, or pass the device to a friend.
Rounds are short, so it works great on a phone or with kids. There is no text inside the game, so it plays the same in any language.
How to play
- Take turns placing your mark (X or O) in an empty square.
- Get three of your marks in a row: across, down or diagonally.
- If all nine squares fill up with no line, it's a draw.
A bit of history
Three-in-a-row games are among the oldest known: the Romans played one called terni lapilli. With perfect play from both sides, tic-tac-toe always ends in a draw.
